1. Introduction

Thank you for using BmyGuest.

These terms and conditions are provided by BmyGuest ApS and cover your use of the BmyGuest application (the “Application”).

The Application is a cloud-based platform designed to facilitate meetings and ease visitor registration at companies. The Application is available for download on the App Store and Google Play Store. For information on how we process your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy. More information about the Application is available at www.bmyguest.eu.

2. Use of the Application

If you use the Application on behalf of your employer and your organization’s administrator has created a user profile for you, your account is purchased and paid for by your employer. Your administrator may require you to follow additional rules.

Your administrator will not be able to access or disable your personal BmyGuest account.

For any use as a visitor that is not related to or required by your employer, the Application is provided free of charge.

To use the Application, you must accept these terms and conditions and be at least 15 years old.

As long as you comply with these terms and conditions, you are granted a license to use the Application for attending and hosting meetings.

3. User obligations

As a user of the Application, you are not allowed to:

  • Use the Application in violation of applicable laws;
  • Use the platform in a way different than intended;
  • Impersonate someone else or use someone else's account;
  • Reverse engineer the Application;
  • Distribute or sell any part of the Application or create a product or service based on the Application, including developing third‑party apps that interact with the Application; or
  • Copy any content from the Application.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that use of the Application may require a minimum compatibility standard for your hardware and software. You are responsible for ensuring that your hardware and software comply with such requirements, which may change over time.

All intellectual property pertaining to the Application, including any changes or improvements, descends to and remains with BmyGuest ApS, including the right to improvement, changes, redistribution, and transfer of such intellectual property rights.

4. Right to terminate account

If you breach these terms and conditions, BmyGuest ApS reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to access or use the Application. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm related to your inability to access or use the Application based on such termination.

5. Warranty and limitation of liability

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account, including all activities on your account. You are also responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct.

The Application is provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and BmyGuest ApS does not grant any direct or indirect guarantees that the use of the Application will be uninterrupted or free of deficiencies. BmyGuest ApS also provides no warranty for software or products delivered by or on behalf of third parties.

BmyGuest ApS is not responsible for any loss of any type or nature, including loss of data, that may occur as a result of improper or incorrect use of the Application or from unauthorized access to the Application, nor for any damages to your device resulting from the use or download of the Application.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms pertaining to your use of the Application are subject to Danish law. Subject to mandatory law, any disputes arising in relation to your use of the Application that cannot be resolved between you and BmyGuest ApS shall be brought before the Copenhagen City Court.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions may be modified over time. You will be presented with the opportunity to object to or consent to the changed terms. If you object or do not consent, the changes will not apply to you; however, we reserve the right to terminate your use of the Application.
