Yes. You add a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged during the trial. We charge € 39 per location per month (excl. VAT) when the 30 days are up or at your 30th visitor, whichever comes first.

Your first payment is taken after the 30-day trial or at the 30th visitor registration, whichever comes first. After that you pay in advance, one month at a time, charged automatically on the first day of each new billing period.

Each check-in counts as one visitor registration. If the same person comes on two different days, that counts as two. Pre-registered visitors who never turn up and check in to BmyGuest do not count.

We never turn a visitor away at the door, and you are not automatically charged extra if you go over the limit.

The plan is made for businesses with up to 30 visitor registrations per location per month. You can have up to three locations on the same subscription, and you pay per location.

If you have several locations, we look at the total number of registrations across them. With two locations the limit is 60 registrations a month in total, so you can have 59 visitors at one location and 1 at the other and still be within the plan.

If you regularly have more visitors than the plan covers, our sales team will contact you about a plan that fits.

Each location has 30 SMS a month to tell hosts their visitor has arrived. After that, hosts are told by e-mail, Teams or Slack instead, at no extra cost.

Yes, at any time from your account. The plan runs one month at a time from the day your first payment was taken. Cancel before the end of the active period to avoid being billed for another month. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.

Yes. VAT is handled automatically, and invoices come by e-mail. All prices are excl. VAT.

Yes. Data is encrypted and stored on servers in the EU, and old visitor data is anonymised automatically on a fixed schedule. The privacy policy describes how we handle your visitors' data.

Yes, up to three locations. The trial covers one location, and once the subscription is running and you have paid, you can add up to two more. Each location costs € 39 a month (excl. VAT), and the visitor allowance is shared between them: 60 visitors a month with two locations, 90 with three. If you need more than three, talk to us.

Just print the QR code for visitors to scan. You can add an iPad or tablet at the entrance, where visitors can register instead of using their own phone. If you want to print visitor badges, our sales team can supply a label printer and labels.

Yes. You pick two colours that match your brand guidelines, upload your logo and can set a background image. You see the result straight away in the check-in flow, before you save. No code needed. If you want to change more, you can do that too: you can add your own CSS on top of the theme.
