How does Lend & Lease Management work?

1. Open Lend & Lease

Open BmyGuest Lend & Lease Management in your web browser.

2. Open the loan list

Equipment is displayed in a list and available equipment to lend is marked in green.

3. Register the Loan

A loan is registered by clicking on the desired equipment, selecting the name of the borrower (both employees and guests) and specifying the return date/time of the loan. When the equipment is returned, this is marked on the active loan.

4. Receive Reminder

If the return date/time is exceeded, a reminder email and SMS is automatically sent to the borrower. The reminder process continues until the equipment is returned.
